What You'll Do:

Perform bookkeeping: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project billing.
Keep our office running smoothly with organized filing, supplies, and admin support.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in office administration; bookkeeping experience is a must.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities.
