Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools invites applications for the full-time, out-of-scope Payroll Assistant position within the Administrative Services department.
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools employs over 2,000 staff, educates over 23,000 students in seven Catholic high schools and 43 elementary schools in Saskatoon, Humboldt, Biggar, Warman and Martensville. The Payroll Assistant works as a member of the Financial Services team. This position supports the preparation of payroll and deposit reconciliations for the school division. Required qualifications include:
- Completion of post-secondary courses in accounting and/or financial management from a recognized educational institution
- Previous payroll experience would be considered an asset
- Participation in a Catholic Church community
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly proficient in computer skills and technology
- Accurate and meticulous in data entry
- Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills
