What Were Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder with a strong background in a repair or jobber shop environment. Millwright or mechanical experience is an asset. Red Seal certification is not required.

Responsibilities:
Interpret verbal instructions and work orders
Fabricate custom components with or without drawings
Operate shear, brake, and rolls (asset)
Perform MIG, stick welding, carbon arc gouging, and TIG (assets)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience in a jobber or repair shop environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (shop is outside city bus routes)
