Job Description:
Leading Manufacturing Group is seeking skilled and motivated Apprentice or Certified Welders to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a critical role in producing high-quality welded components while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
    Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment for various materials and project specifications.
    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine requirements.
    Ensure compliance with company welding procedures and safety regulations.
    Conduct inspections of welded structures to maintain quality standards.
    Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as needed.
    Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.
    Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
    Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and comply with industry standards.
    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
    Apprentice Welder or Journeyperson Certification.
    Proven experience in welding (for certified welders) or relevant apprenticeship training.
    Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques.
    Familiarity with metal types, properties, and welding symbols.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    Knowledge of workplace safety practices and protocols.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Employment Details
    Schedule: Shift work Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM  5:30 PM |Friday to Sunday 6:00
