Overview
The Stripe Shop is a locally owned and operated company that specialize in the production and application of vehicle decals, vinyl wraps, signage, window tint and paint protection film. We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can keep the office running smoothly.
Duties
-Answer telephones
-Book appointments with customers and co-ordinate work with body shops.
-Create detailed work orders and distribute to necessary departments
-Send quotes to customers
-Check in customer vehicles when dropped off
-Contact customers when their orders are complete
-Create invoices and process payments from customers
-Shipping orders using various couriers.
Requirements:
-Outstanding in-person and over the phone customer service skills
-Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
-Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
-Experience using Trello, Sage and Acuity Scheduling is an asset
-Past experience in a clerical role is required.
