Description

Davies & Drury Chartered Professional Accountants are seeking to hire a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant.
We are a small accounting firm located City Park area of Saskatoon, seeking a friendly individual who takes pride in providing high quality services to our clients, is self-motivated, organized and a team player. We offer a comfortable work environment with free street parking, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package after three months of employment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to accountants and support for the smooth operation of the office
- Handle communication with clients
- Prepare and file confidential financial documents and letters
- Typing, basic file maintenance, documents and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor deadlines and time management
- Keep calendars and record of supplies inventory for the office
Skills that would be of asset:
- Computer literacy including willingness to learn new programs
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe
- Excellent administrative skills including high attention to detail and pride in providing high quality service to our clients
- Understanding of the confidential nature of our business
- Previous training or work experience however we are open to training
- Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a professional office
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure especially for the months of February, March and April
