Our Field Techs are out every day doing real, hands-on work: washing windows, cleaning eaves, and pressure-washing driveways and patios at homes and businesses across Regina. Every morning brings a new location, a new challenge, and a job you can actually stand back and admire when you're done.

No two days are the same. That's kind of the whole point.

## What Your Days Will Look Like

- Cleaning interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial buildings
- Operating boom lifts and extension ladders to access upper floors and elevated surfaces
- Pressure-washing driveways, patios, sidewalks, and building exteriors
- Cleaning eavestroughs and hard-to-reach exterior surfaces
- Mixing and applying professional-grade cleaning solutions safely
- Operating tools including squeegees, water-fed poles, scrubbers, and pressure washers
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Transporting equipment to job sites and maintaining tools in good working order
- Communicating professionally with clients on site



Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and boom lifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform active, outdoor work
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn window cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to mix, handle, and apply cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends as required
- Valid driver's license is an asset *(not required)

No experience necessary. Paid training provided.
