As Recruitment Coordinator you will:
- Serve as first point of contact and company ambassador for telephone and walk-in clients, appointments, enquiries and messages. Communicate with people from all walks of life and backgrounds in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Be a point of contact to coordinate candidate testing/assessments, and conduct initial prescreen interviews and reference checks.
- Database information management and input. Planning, organization and accurate recording of incoming resumes, candidate information, updates, skills inventory, interviews, etc. on an ongoing basis within the database and filing system.
- Provide strong administrative support to team members in the areas of word processing, candidate reply letters/emails, appointments, reports, photocopying, etc.
We are looking for a professional, organized and motivated junior HR keener! Training is provided.
