Recruitment Coordinator
(May  September term with potential for extension)

We specialize in full-time positions ranging from Senior Executive to Entry level as well as specialized hard-to-fill roles.     We also offer flexible temporary staffing to meet client workload and vacation needs.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Regina office for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator!     If you enjoy a work-hard, fast paced and also fun team environment, this role may be for you!  

As Recruitment Coordinator you will:
- Serve as first point of contact and company ambassador for telephone and walk-in clients, appointments, enquiries and messages.   Communicate with people from all walks of life and backgrounds in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Be a point of contact to coordinate candidate testing/assessments, and conduct initial prescreen interviews and reference checks.
- Database information management and input.  Planning, organization and accurate recording of incoming resumes, candidate information, updates, skills inventory, interviews, etc. on an ongoing basis within the database and filing system.
- Provide strong administrative support to team members in the areas of word processing, candidate reply letters/emails, appointments, reports, photocopying,  etc.  

We are looking for a professional, organized and motivated junior HR keener!   Training is provided.
