Description

Should have experience with Maintenance. Should be self sufficient, critical thinker,

- Assist with basic repairs (plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.)
-Help carry tools and materials to job sites
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of maintenance areas
- Support with seasonal work
- Follow safety procedures and take direction from lead maintenance staff
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on work
- Basic knowledge of tools is a plus and maintainence in Apartments and houses.
- Reliable and punctual
