Description

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for Permanent Part-Time Library Technician at Dr.Brass School in Yorkton, SK.

Library Technicians support and assist in the development, organization and maintenance of the school library. Library Technicians are valuable members of a team which collaborate to promote student learning, well-being and success.

Salary Details:
In Accordance with the CUPE 4784 Collective Agreement

Assignment and Term:
This position is a permanent part-time position of 5.5 hours a day in accordance with the Library Technician school calendar.
The position commences on August 24, 2026.  The work schedule will be scheduled by the Principal or designate. Rest periods will be scheduled in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:
-Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
-Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $21.53 to $26.52 plus applicable vacation pay.
Benefits include participation in the Saskatchewan School Board Association (SSBA) Employee Benefits Plan, and the Municipal Employees' Pension Plan (MEPP).
