Job Description: Accountable for provision of direct concurrent mental health and addiction services to children, youth, young adults and their families, primarily in a community and school (urban and rural) setting. These services will include individual, group and family counselling, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services as determined through Youth Drug Detoxification and Stabilization Act, assertive community case management, community support planning, educational presentations and consultation in the area of mental health and addictions services. The incumbent shall function within the practice principles of the Mental Health and Addictions Services program management model. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
