Using a community development approach, you will lead meaningful community engagement and provide trusted consulting support to community based organizations, partners, and stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying community needs, building organizational capacity, and fostering strong partnerships that shape responsive programs, services, and funding solutions across Regina.
What You Bring
- Experience in community development, engagement, and consultation with diverse groups
- Strong skills in needs assessment, strategic planning, facilitation, and project management
- Proven ability to build partnerships, support organizations, and guide funding applications
- Diploma or degree in recreation, social sciences, or a related field with relevant supervisory experience
