Everflow Eaves & Exteriors Inc. is looking for a full-time Residential Estimator / Salesperson to join our team.

Everflow Eaves & Exteriors Inc. is a local Regina company that has been serving Regina & the surrounding area since 2001. We work with new construction residential home builders, as well as residential homeowners, providing quality exterior products & services.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, & customer-focused individual who can represent our company professionally, assist potential customers, complete onsite measurements, & help prepare accurate estimates.

Responsibilities
    Meet with residential homeowners & property managers to review project needs.
    Complete onsite measurements of existing homes.
    Prepare estimates & assist with sales opportunities.
    Communicate clearly & professionally with customers, builders, suppliers, & team members.
    Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through follow-up.
    Multitask & prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Maintain organized records & assist with office-related estimating tasks.
    Represent Everflow Eaves & Exteriors Inc. in a professional & positive manner.

Applicant Must Have
    Excellent customer service & communication skills.
    Motivation to offer the best service to potential customers.
    Valid drivers licence.
    Authorization to work in Canada.
    Ability to multitask & prioritize efficiently.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong work ethic & reliable attendance.
    Physical fitness, as the position requires onsite measuring of existing homes.

Preferred Qualifications
    Construction knowledge is preferred, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
    Previous estimating, sales, exterior renovation, or residential construction experience would be an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
    Base salary $55,000-$65,000 annually plus commission.
    Health & dental plan available after 3 months.
