We are a small business that specializes in consumer electronics.We pride ourselves in excellent customer service as it is the key to building a loyal customer base. Employment within our company will provide individuals with hands-on customer service experience as well as buildings communication skills. You will work in a friendly environment while gaining experience with the latest technology in the consumer electronics industry.

Duties and Requirements:

- Responding to customer concerns, supporting and assisting of achievement of store and sales goals by promoting, emphasizing, demonstrating skills involved in selling Products, accessories and extended warranties.

- Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales and customer service. - The ability to up sell products, as well as add on extra products to sales.

- Product knowledge and sales skills development in cell phone plans , Computers/Laptops, telecommunications.

Qualifications:

- MINIMUM 1 YEAR in retail sales & customer service experience in consumer electronics

- Must be PUNCTUAL

- Strong Technical Skills & thinking - Strong knowledge of Computers & Telephones

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Team player - Ability to learn quickly and be flexible

- Friendly and professional attitude

- Efficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
