Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and related construction tasks, with the ability to perform physically demanding duties safely and efficiently. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, including new construction, restoration, and renovation, utilizing various tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to blueprints
Operate hand tools, power tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings for project specifications
Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, formwork components, wheelbarrow to transport concrete, and other supplies
Perform carpentry tasks related to formwork construction and modification
Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols related to construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Requirements
Proven experience in concrete forming, finishing, or related construction roles
Knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and blueprint reading
Skills in rebar installation, masonry, carpentry, and flooring installation preferred
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Blueprint reading and interpretation for accurate project execution.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
Experience with concrete finishing techniques and use of hand tools preferred.
