OS&D CLERK
LOCATION:  REGINA, SK

Responsibilities:
    Answering phones, dealing with customers
    Data entry
    OS & D dock check every morning / afternoon if needed with main OS & D
    Locating any missing freight
    Reporting any misdirected freight, tagging and getting it to the correct branch for delivery
    Helping any Jays employees / drivers  / customers if needed in locating any missing freight
    Preform customer service functions by answering emails pertaining to OS&D and all phone calls

Qualifications:
    Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
    Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers
    Must be detail oriented
    Excellent computer skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn
