Service Appointment Coordinator

A Service Appointment Coordinator acts as the primary contact for scheduling client services, managing daily schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments, following up with customers, and preparing service orders. Ideal candidates possess strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage scheduling systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling: Manage, book, and confirm service appointments via phone, email, and text, ensuring efficient service department workflow.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact, providing friendly and professional communication to clients.
Documentation: Retrieve vehicle history, prepare service orders, and maintain accurate records of appointments.
Coordination: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to manage daily workloads and optimize scheduling.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous customer service and/or administrative experience, ideally within an automotive or technical service environment.
Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and high attention to detail.
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and capable of quickly learning scheduling software.
Organization: Excellent time-management skills to handle high-volume calls and shifting priorities.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
