Are you looking for a fun job this summer?

If you are a full time student, between the ages of 18-30, returning to school full time in the fall the Kronau Marvelous Museum & Creative Corner may have just the job for you!

Duties include:
A.    Must be an organized self starter, outgoing and able to welcome and track the number of museum visitors

B.    To develop and provide age appropriate summer cultural childrens programs for ages 5-10 years based on the displays at the Museum.  This will be 2 one-week programs (July 13-17 & August 10-14) with different course content each time.

C.    To present an outline of program content and relevant supplies for approval before the program is promoted and delivered.

D.    To create an inventory of supplies and equipment remaining at the end of the program.

E.    To assist with the development of age appropriate activities for children and families during the Museums one day Simple Fun Family Festival on July 4th.

F.    To ensure that the Museum, its artifacts, displays and assets are protected from damage and to set up/tear down the program leaving the space in useable/presentable condition at the conclusion of each class.
Requirements:
You must be well organzed, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to think and work independently and creatively.  As well, we need our student to have the ability to take instruction and work well as part of a team. The candidate should have familiarity with computers and basic office equipment. Experience working with children is essential and with developing programming would be an asset.
As the position is located in Kronau (15minutes SE of Regina), you must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for work
