Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Part-Time Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. We also have a busy banquet and catering department. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate would be available evenings and weekends. Casual dayshifts are also available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedowns

- work with the Banquet & Catering team during service both on and off site

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but is not necessary
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
