ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (30 Hours/Week)
We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during holiday coverage. Compensation will be based on experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a professional office environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Take messages and assist with general office communication
- Prepare and manage correspondence
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Perform general administrative duties
- Light housekeeping as required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and reliability
Professional office training is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered. Wages are negotiable and will reflect experience and qualifications.
