Market Manager  The Bloom Market (Seasonal, Part-Time)
Regina, SK
Saturdays, June 6  September 5

Position Overview
The Bloom Market is seeking an experienced and dependable Market Manager to run on-site operations during weekly outdoor markets. This role is responsible for completing all setup and teardown, supporting vendors, coordinating volunteers, and handling day-of operations.

This is a physically active, hands-on position. You will be responsible for setting up and taking down the market each week, not supervising others to do it.



Responsibilities

* Arrive early to complete full site setup
* Pick up and transport supplies to and from the market
* Set up tents, garbage stations, signage, and overall layout
* Work alongside and direct volunteers as needed
* Assist with vendor load-in (vendors walk in; no vehicles on site)
* Check in vendors and assign spaces
* Act as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the day
* Manage lineups and high-traffic areas
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly (late vendors, spacing, etc.)
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe layout
* Complete full pack-down and return or store all supplies after the event



Qualifications

* Previous event or market experience is required
* Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Ability to lift and move equipment (tents, tables, supplies)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Confident communication and ability to give direction
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions



Compensation
$18$24 per hour, depending on experience
