Position Overview
Were seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Yorkton location. This hands-on role oversees daily operations, drives sales and profitability, manages inventory, and leads a high-performing team focused on exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily operations, workflow, and store performance
*Lead, coach, schedule, and develop staff
*Drive sales through customer relationships and new business opportunities
*Support and grow wholesale accounts with outside sales
*Manage inventory: ordering, pricing, stock levels, and replenishment
*Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
*Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally
*Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and asset security
*Collaborate on store processes, planning, and financial oversight

Requirements
*5+ years leadership experience in retail or related industry
*Background in automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial parts preferred
*Strong knowledge of parts and inventory systems
*Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
*Organized, analytical, and results-driven
*Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to internal systems
