Description

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support a team in the construction of wall panels, frames, and components using nail guns, saws, staplers, and measuring tools
Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and work orders to ensure accurate production
Coordinate workflow, material layout, and job sequencing to meet production targets
Ensure all products meet structural and quality standards through ongoing inspection
Troubleshoot issues on the line and provide solutions to maintain efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce all safety policies
Assist with hands-on production as required
Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding production goals and performance
Load, band, and prepare finished materials for shipment
