Street Culture Project is hiring an Administrative Assistant (Finance & Donor Support) to play a key role in supporting our Finance, Administration, and Fund Development functions. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will:
-Perform daily data entry into QuickBooks and Dext, including processing receipts and utility bills
-Maintain accurate records in Excel and Google Sheets for operational tracking
-Manage organized physical and digital filing systems
-Support general office coordination, scheduling, and communication
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor database records, including acknowledgments and tax receipts
-Support the planning and execution of annual appeal campaigns and fundraising events
-Track campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables
-Assist with donor communications and collaborate with Communications on campaign materials
-Support basic tracking of campaign-related expenses and documentation
Community & Partnership Coordination
-Support coordination and follow-up with community partners and donors
-Represent SCP at community events as needed
-Assist in maintaining organized records of partnerships and engagement activities
What You Bring
-0 to 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or basic bookkeeping
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
-Comfort working with data, systems, and recurring processes
-Experience with or willingness to learn tools like QuickBooks and Dext
-Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
-Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
-A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work
Additional Requirements
-Valid SK Class 5 Drivers License
-Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance
-Ability and willingness to travel locally within Regina to attend community events, meet with donors or partners, and support fundraising activities as needed
