Description

Positions available: 3
Location & Travel: Based in Saskatoon. Travel required to Regina and Swift Current (costs covered)
Term: 30 hours/week for 11 weeks (June 15  August 28, 2026)
Compensation:  $19.50/hour + benefits ((CPP & EI contributions, WCP, vacation pay accrual)
Role Eligibility (Canada Summer Jobs Program) - Applicants must:
Be aged 15  30
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected refugee
Have a valid SIN and legal eligibility to work in Canada

You will contribute across three key work areas:

1.Summer Camp Program Delivery

Support the delivery of four weeks of camps (participants from Grades 5  10)
Assist with speech and debate learning activities
Prepare materials and support daily operations
Help create a positive, inclusive and fun environment

2. Program Development & Quality
Support the development of new programming (French, public speaking)
Assist with lesson plans, activities, and resources
Contribute to training materials and program evaluation
Support program improvement by researching approaches to youth education & skills development

3. Community Engagement & Communications
Support outreach to youth membership, family supporters, schools, and community partners/groups
Create social media and marketing content
Track and report on community engagement metrics
Assist with event planning and engagement activities

Core Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education (in progress or completed)
Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check
Strong communication skills  written & spoken
Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team
