We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building decks, installing railings, and framing basements. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities
    Construct and install decks (wood, composite, and PVC materials)
    Install various types of railings (wood, aluminum, glass, etc.)
    Frame basements, including walls, bulkheads, and structural components
    Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
    Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
    Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
    Maintain a clean and organized job site
    Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements
    Proven experience as a Carpenter
    Strong knowledge of deck building, railing installation, and framing techniques
    Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
    Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
    Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Experience with composite decking systems
    Knowledge of local building codes
    Fall protection or safety certifications
