Description

Mainline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is in immediate need of skilled Journeyman Automotive Service Technicians. Join our repair team as a Service Technician where you will apply your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

We offer flexible schedules, the highest flat rate pay in the province, relocation assistance, jobs for spouses/partners, and much more.

Duties
Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs.
Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills
Proficient in automotive repair techniques with hands-on experience using both hand tools and power tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex automotive issues.
Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
