Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the team in bringing Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewans brand to life. This hands-on summer role offers experience in digital marketing, content creation, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement. The successful candidate will help communicate our mission, grow awareness, and support initiatives that strengthen relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and print; assisting with marketing and fundraising campaigns; maintaining website content; and tracking analytics to improve performance. The role also supports donor and sponsor relations through accurate record-keeping, recognition tracking, and preparation of communications. Administrative duties include database management, reporting, and assisting with event logistics such as vendor coordination and volunteer support.

The ideal candidate is mission-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications include current post-secondary studies in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience with social media, fundraising, or content creation is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva are preferred. A valid drivers licence and a satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check are required.

This full-time summer position is based in Regina, with standard weekday hours and occasional evenings or weekends for events.
