The Office Administration role supports the daily operations of Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewans Regina office. This hands-on summer position offers experience in office coordination, records management, light financial administration, and communications. You will play a key role in maintaining organization-wide efficiency and supporting a team focused on delivering meaningful community impact.
Key responsibilities include coordinating vendors and office logistics, managing supplies and workspace needs, and supporting office organization and moves. The role also involves maintaining accurate physical and digital filing systems, overseeing records archiving and secure document handling, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Financial support duties include data entry, invoice tracking, and assisting with reports. You will monitor a general inbox, route inquiries, draft responses, and track communications to ensure timely follow-up. Additional responsibilities include supporting policy updates, document standardization, research, meeting coordination, and general administrative and project tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. Qualifications include current post-secondary studies in business, office administration, or a related field. Administrative or customer service experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases and new systems are required. A valid drivers licence and a satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check are preferred.
This full-time summer position is based in Regina, with standard weekday hours and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
