Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Assessment:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals.

- Collaborate with clients to identify specific areas for improvement and establish realistic objectives.

2. Personalized Coaching:

- Develop individualized wellness plans based on clients' needs, incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress

management, and other relevant factors.

- Provide ongoing coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their health goals.

3. Education and Guidance:

- Offer educational resources and information on nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being.

- Explain complex health concepts in an understandable manner and empower clients to make informed

decisions.

4. Motivation and Accountability:

- Inspire and motivate clients to stay committed to their wellness journey.

- Establish mechanisms for tracking progress and holding clients accountable for their action plans.

5. Health Promotion Programs:

- Develop and facilitate wellness workshops, group coaching sessions, and other health promotion initiatives.

- Collaborate with organizations to promote a culture of health among employees or members.

6. Regular Follow-Ups:

- Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor clients' progress and adjust wellness plans as needed.


7. Charting:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

- Make sure to take accurate and detailed notes of the clients daily activities and progress/regressions.

Key Qualifications:

Strong written, oral communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to empathize, build trust & work as a team

- Compassion, patience with strong organizational skills & the ability to develop & implement individual wellness plans

- Adherence to ethical guidelines & commitment to maintaining all confidentiality.
