Were looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as our Small Business Advisor, Agriculture at our Humboldt location with consideration to Saskatoon and Prince Albert locations.  You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.  This contract is temporary for up to 15 months.

- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
- Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
- Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring:
- 3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
- Proven relationship management skills
- Experience in business or agricultural lending
- Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
- Experience in the agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset
