Experience
- minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health and Addictions
Education
- Bachelor Degree in a related Health Science or Social Science discipline
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Communication skills including ability to provide educational presentations
- Leadership skills such as engagement, communication, and team building
- Interpersonal skills
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of crisis and suicide intervention and prevention programs
- Knowledge in serious psychiatric impacts and best practices for care
- Knowledge of systems theory and human lifespan development
- Ability to act professionally, ethically and provide sound judgement
- Has demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling & training platforms
- Knowledge of screening and addiction assessment tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of protocols and Legislation that related addictions and mental health
- Knowledge in the SHA, community resources and applicable programming
- Awareness of current Mental Health and Addictions issues
- Apply crisis/problem solving with clients w/ addiction/mental health issues
- Ability to distinguish developmental, personality and behavioral functioning....
