Job Description: Under the direction of the Directors of Clinical Standards and Professional Practice and in collaboration with Senior Leadership, the Clinical Standards team, operational and clinical experts, the Clinical Standards Specialist facilitates effective provincial clinical policy/ standard development and review. Through collaborative and cooperative partnerships with SHA teams, the Clinical Standards Specialist manages the process of clinical standardization. Skills that are key to this role include leadership, project management, organization, facilitation of diverse working groups, research and communication.

- Degree in administration, public policy, business or clinical discipline
