Description

Potzus Ltd is one of Saskatchewans largest construction companies. Established in 1966 we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently seeking  experienced Gravel Crushing Personnel to help operate, maintain and manage grounds at  gravel crushers that will be situated around Saskatchewan. You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in gravel crushing/screening operations on large-scale crushing operations, or sand screening operations.  Experience with maintenance and mechanical knowledge of gravel crushing heavy equipment is beneficial.

What we offer:

-Typically 10 days on 4 days off.  
-Living Allowance and Accommodations.
-Health and Dental after 3 months.
-Overtime available

What you need:

-The ability to work long hours and on the road throughout Saskatchewan.
-A proven history of in-depth understanding of aggregate production. You must be able to diagnose, repair, and operate all pieces of equipment related to crushing.
-Excellent verbal communication skills; being able to interact with all levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.
-A calm, responsible demeanor during potential stressful situations.
-Past history of supervision is an asset as loader, tower operations or groundsman responsibilities and is responsible for activities on the ground during crushing operations
-The ability to complete essential daily logs and paper work is a requirement.
-You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs from the ground to shoulder height.
