Description

Due to the retirement of a long-time employee, FFUN Chev Yorkton is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the vital link between our customers and service technicians and works to ensure that every visit to the Service Department leaves a lasting impression.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
-Preparing accurate work orders and estimates
-Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
-Advising customers on the required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
-Promoting the need for preventative maintenance
-Giving the customer timely updates regarding the status of repair
-Completing required OEM and internal training

What We're Looking For
-A valid Class 5 or greater Saskatchewan Drivers License is a must
-Strong computer skills  we need you to be able to navigate our DMS, OEM portal and email with ease
-Positive energy and drive to exceed customer expectations
-A proven background in a fast-paced customer service setting is beneficial
-Minimum 2 years automotive industry experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent organizational skills
-The ability to diagnose concerns based on customer descriptions
-A strong commitment to keeping yourself and others safe in the workplace
