We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. This role is focused on full cycle accounts payable and payroll processing, while also supporting accounts receivable and general accounting functions. Qualifications:
Successful completion of a bookkeeping/accounting certificate
Two+ years related payroll/bookkeeping experience
Knowledge and/or experience with electronic Accounting and Payroll
Knowledge of payroll processes and employment standards
Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel and word
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality
