Rosetown Mainline Motor Products is looking to expand our service team! Join our company as a Service Advisor where your skills will contribute to our dealership by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our service department. Overview / Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their vehicle service needs
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency
Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and invoices to customers
Communicate clearly between customers and technicians regarding vehicle concerns and recommended services
Provide updates on vehicle status, timelines, and any additional work required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Upsell recommended maintenance services and promote service specials
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints effectively
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Experience with dealership management systems is an asset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
