Description

**JOB IS LOCATED AT A REMOTE MINE SITE in Northern Saskatchewan and is strictly a NIGHT SHIFT position. TO START ASAP

**WE COVER YOUR TRAVEL (Flight/shuttle service out of Saskatoon, P.A., certain communities), MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS when at site!

**WORK SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.

** MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

This is a DUAL ROLE. We need a baker who will also provide assistance with Breakfast operations. Duties include:

- Providing a list ingredient requirement to the chef for ordering.
- Completing special client function orders (ex. Cake decorating, cookie platters).
- Production of individual desserts, as per daily requirements.
- Deep cleaning bakery equipment regularly and/or as needed, including ovens.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner and report all incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous Kitchen Experience is essential.
- Cooking experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment, with high volume workloads.
- Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen is a strong asset.
- Possession of Food Safe Certification considered an asset.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to perform duties in a safe & efficient manner.
- Physical ability to perform the assigned duties.
- Knowledge of safety procedures associated with working with hazardous products, including knowledge of WHIMIS.
- You must be a team player, who works well with others.
