Mowing Of Municipal Lands  Request for Tender
The Rural Municipality of Wolverine No. 340 invites tenders from qualified contractors for the provision of seasonal grass mowing services on municipal  owned lands for the 2026 mowing season.

Scope of Work:
The successful bidder will be required to provide all labour, equipment, fuel, maintenance and insurance necessary to complete mowing services on the following designated municipal property:

Municipal Reserve Land located at the Humboldt Lake Resorts - Block MR1 -Plan 102131446 Ext 0 - 2.21 acres (located on a part of the NW 31 & NE 31-36-22 W2).

Service Requirements
Mowing shall be completed on an as-needed basis throughout the growing season, generally from May 15 to September 30

Frequency of mowing will be determined by weather conditions and growth rates or as directed by the Municipality.

Grass clippings shall be managed in a neat and professional manner

Contactor shall ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable legislation

Contractor Requirements

Tenders must include:
Description of equipment to be used
Proof of valid liability insurance  
WCB Coverage
Relevant experience and references
Proposed rates (hourly, per cut or seasonal lump sum)
