Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator  Degrees focus is to facilitate a multi-disciplinary, rehab focused approach to providing supportive services in partnership with individuals and their families who are affected by an acquired brain injury. They are to plan and coordinate services focused on rehabilitation and vocational needs in order to integrate the individual into the community in partnership with community resources.

Education
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or BSW, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy Degree
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Competencies
- Computer skills
- Demonstrates word processing skills using Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge and Abilities
- Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Decision making through the application of clinical, legal & ethical practice
- Ability to advocate on behalf of clients
- Able to research, develop, & deliver health presentations to a variety of groups
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge in time management
