Brendonn Holdings Ltd (BHL) is a trucking company providing Petro-Canada fuel and lubricants to customers in agriculture and construction with multiple locations throughout the trade region stretching from midwest Manitoba to southcentral Saskatchewan. In operation since 1982, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and safety. Recent growth is seeing a need for a new Assistant Manager.

The Assistant Manager will be based out of the Regina office. We are looking for a dynamic person who will fit well within our organization and is able to help our business grow in a positive way. There is potential for advancement in this role. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and communication skills, a positive and friendly outlook and the ability to work in a collaborative manner.

Making sure the duties fit the candidates strengths, we will work with the Controller, Operations Manager and Health and Safety Manager to find a mix of duties that best suit the candidate and the company. Duties may be a mix of:

    managing the daily tasks of truck drivers, office staff and Petro Pass clerks
    inventory management
    executing fleet safety and maintenance
    sales
    accounts receivable
    facilitate efficient operation of all locations

Prior experience or education in management, sales and a Class 3A drivers license will be considered an asset but are not necessary.  Job specific training and certifications (WHMIS, TDG) will be provided. All training will be done in house and in a team environment.
Start date is flexible based on candidate availability.
