In this role, you will:
-Schedule job interviews with candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition specialists.
-Administer candidate assessments.
-Post jobs on various advertising websites.
-Arrange travel for candidates and talent acquisition specialist.
-Run several reports utilizing SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel.
-Provide administrative support for various other tasks or teams in the department.
Required:
-business or administrative diploma;
-at least three years of relevant office experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered;
-excellent written and verbal communication skills that adhere to corporate communication standards;
-strong attention to detail;
-propensity for technology and ability to learn systems quickly; and
-proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Nitro Pro.
Recommended:
-SuccessFactors experience;
-advanced Microsoft Excel experience using intricate equations and pivot tables; and
-experience booking local and international travel.
