Description

As a Solid Waste Operator, you will collect, transport, and dispose of residential waste using manual carts and automated side loading garbage packers. Working with minimal supervision and reporting to a Crew Lead, you play a key role in keeping Regina clean by operating equipment safely, interacting respectfully with the public, and ensuring routes are completed efficiently and in line with safety standards.

What You Bring

- Valid Class 3 Drivers License with air endorsement and experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong safety mindset with the ability to work independently and follow routes and regulations
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions and handle heavy materials
- Clear communication skills with the confidence to guide and support crew members
