Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of part-time Seasonal Bakery/Grocery Clerk from May 4 - October 10, 2026, at our Food Store location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Package and label finished bakery products and display according to department standards.
Maintain a clean department, clean up breakage and spills, clean shelves, bin and displays as needed, and keep aisles free of debris.
Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems. policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, standing, performing heavy lifting when required.
Flexible work schedule including evening, weekend, and holidays.
