The Role

Were hiring Operators to support both lawn care (spring/summer and snow removal (winter)  operations. Youll take ownership of assigned routes, operate company equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure every property meets Prairie Greens quality standards.

This is a hands-on role for dependable, experienced operators looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Winter Season

- Flexible daytime schedule (typically between 6 AM9 PM, depending on snowfall)

- No overnight shifts

- Operate snowblowers, sweepers, and small equipment to clear driveways and sidewalks

- Use our mobile app to view routes, upload photos, and track completion

- Communicate with team leads and dispatch through the app  no waiting by the phone

Summer Season

- Mow, trim, and edge lawns for residential and commercial properties

- Perform fertilizer and weed control applications (training provided)

- Conduct equipment checks and routine maintenance

- Load/unload trailers and manage daily route prep

- Maintain safety, efficiency, and site quality on every job

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Proven reliability and attention to detail

- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting

- Prior lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal experience required

- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
