We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis.

We are an e-commerce company based out of Moose Jaw, SK that focuses on products for strength sports athletes.
This job is in person and will be based out of Moose Jaw, SK.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide polite, informative, and timely responses to both chats, phone calls, and emails during working hours.
-Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
-Create new products on the website and update the website as required
-Work closely with the rest of the team to stay up to date on inventory, product launches, and shipping timelines.
-Assist in general administrative tasks
-Assist in shipping and receiving orders as required
-Helping walk in customers size for products and purchase
What We Need You To Have
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail and organization
-Ability to learn product details quickly and communicate them effectively
-Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
-High level of comfort with computers, including efficient typing, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Additional Assets We'd Love to See
-Experience working in customer service roles
-Experience working with an eCommerce Business
-Experience working with Shopify, Finale, and/or Reamaze
-Passion for strength sports
