Northlands College is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) & CCA Pilot Program for a oneyear term position reporting to the Associate Vice President, Post Secondary. This role provides leadership and oversight for the planning, delivery, and sustainability of the CCA program and the CCA Pilot Program, with a primary focus on student recruitment, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of the Continuing Care Assistant role and health system context, particularly in Northern Saskatchewan; experience managing complex programs and budgets; and the ability to work effectively with diverse partners and communities. A bachelors degree, experience or knowledge of health or continuing care settings, and a minimum of three years experience in project coordination and contract negotiation are required.
This is a term full time position (37.5 hours per week) with a start date ASAP and an end date of June 30, 2027.The position is in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan.
