Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (SCIC) is strengthening how technology, data, and digital capabilities support its mandate in a complex and evolving agricultural risk environment. We are seeking a Vice President, Information Technology to provide enterprise-wide leadership at a pivotal time. While SCIC continues to advance modernization initiatives, this role is fundamentally about leadership, ensuring technology consistently delivers value through secure, reliable, and well-governed systems aligned with business priorities.


As VP, IT, you will lead the evolution of SCICs technology landscape - advancing cybersecurity, enhancing data and analytics capabilities, and supporting effective decision-making across the organization. You will balance innovation with operational stability, governance, and risk management, while building strong partnerships with business leaders, government stakeholders, and service providers. As a member of the Senior Executive Management Team, you will contribute to enterprise priorities and lead initiatives that strengthen how SCIC operates today and into the future.

What you'll do:

Champion enterprise-wide change and strategic technology planning, guiding the organization through transformation with clarity, purpose and confidence.
Lead the development and execution of SCICs IT and digital strategy, aligning technology with organizational priorities and long-term goals.
