SwipeKlin is a Canadian digital tech connecting homeowners with trusted independent cleaners. We are hiring a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and event coordination. This role reports directly to the Operations Director and requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
You will manage calendars, emails, files, and meeting logistics; prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and correspondence; track deadlines and action items; and support recruitment and onboarding activities. You will coordinate events, team meetings, and engagement activities, maintain professional relationships, and handle confidential information with care. The role also includes processing invoices and expenses, ordering supplies, tracking mandatory training, supporting compliance reporting, and assisting with travel arrangements or special projects.
What You Bring
1. Post secondary education or equivalent
2. 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
5. Professional communication skills
6. Experience handling confidential information
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
9. Must pass a criminal record check
