Front desk and office support
Calendar, meeting, and room coordination
Data entry and record maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint)
Inventory ordering and materials prep
Administrative support for events and training

Comfortable working independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Dynamics/SharePoint an asset)
Previous admin experience preferred
